Shipping Policy:
Your order will ship within 48 hours after you placed your ordered.
Priority Shipping:
We use Postal Service Priority Mail® for almost all shipments. In-transit time averages 2 to 3 business days within the USA . This method is usually your best value considering cost and delivery speed.
Tracking Your Order:
We will send you tracking information on your order via email when it ships.
Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax to our customers unless your shipping address located in State of California . For Los Angeles County , 8.25% sales tax will be applied to your purchase. For all other county in California , 7.25% sales tax will be applied.
Return Policy:
Before purchasing any of our products, we recommend that you take the time and read many details about our products to help you determine which product is right for you.
All Products purchased directly from us can be returned within 14 days from delivered under the following conditions.
We will accept any products purchased from us that have not been used, and still have the safety seal intact. Any used or opened products will not be accepted. Product returns after 14 days cannot be accepted. A restocking fee of 15% will apply toward your purchase value. We do not refund shipping charges that were applied to your order at the time of purchase and also shipping charges that you will return the product to us.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number before returning your product. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
